An SEMH School in Redbridge, London are seeking a teacher to join them in September 2024 on a full time, permanent contract. They are open to starting someone in May 2024 if you are available sooner than September.
This role is open to ECTs as well as experienced teachers.
This role will have TLRs available for either Maths Lead or Outdoor Learning Lead for the right person.

This SEMH School in Redbridge, London are open to an experienced primary or secondary school teacher wanting to transition to SEN, who have a real passion for SEN/ SEMH and of course strong behaviour management as well as experienced SEN/ SEMH Teachers who are looking for a new challenge or additional responsibility.
This SEMH School are wanting passionate teachers who are keen on making a difference. This is a school where there are plenty of opportunities to progress within your career and they are keen to meet with teachers who have either taught or lead on Maths or Outdoor Learning. They would love a teacher who can lead on Maths or Outdoor Learning but this is not essential.
In this SEMH Teacher role you will be teaching 8-10 primary age learners who have SEMH & Autism.
You will take on planning responsibilities and create age appropriate activities and other additional learning opportunities whilst also giving pupils time for energy breaks.
There are experienced LSAs in place in class and across the school to provide support to all teachers.
The class need a teacher who has a good understanding of behaviour management and Autism who can provide structure and appropriate learning.
Experienced SEMH/ ASD Teachers with complex behaviour needs are of course desirable but the school is open to Primary or Secondary teachers with a real passion for SEN/ SEMH and have strong behaviour management.
Full restraint training will be provided but any teachers with Team Teach/ PRICE or de-escalation training would be fantastic!
